The house Prada was founded by Mario Prada in 1913. The first years they were involved in making and selling boxes, bags, suitcases and shoes in Milan. In 1978 the company changed management, the granddaughter Miuccia Prada. In 1989 she presented her first collection of clothing Prêt-à-Porter. In 2003 she started with perfumery.
