Loewe perfume. In 1846, Spanish clothing brand Loewe was founded in Madrid by a group of craftsmen who eventually came together to open a store. In 1892, Loewe's department store was voted Madrid's best leather goods store. It was not until the 1960s that the large company was able to expand internationally. The first women's ready-to-wear clothing line came to life in the 1970s. Well-known designers such as Karl Lagerfeld, Giorgio Armani and Laura Biagiotti offered the brand to help. In 1972 the brand took its first step into the world of perfume with the women's perfume "L de Loewe". Loewe now has a luxury range of women's and men's perfumes.
