Delivery

All our articles are provided with an indication of delivery time. If the product is immediately available and you have ordered and paid before 6 p.m. with Ideal, Billink or Paypal, you will receive the product the next working day! You will be notified as soon as your package is offered to our carrier. (Monday to Friday). Delivery time for orders to Belgium and Germany 1-2 working days. Other EU countries 2-4 working days.

- Pay via Paypal (also Mastercard and Visa)
- Mister cash / bancontact (payment method Belgium)
- Pay with a perfumery voucher

- pay afterwards via invoice (the Netherlands and Belgium)
Only pay when you have received your order? This is possible if you choose to pay afterwards with Billink. You must pay this to Billink within 14 days. Your order may have a maximum value of € 250 for customers from the Netherlands. The maximum amount is for customers from Belgium €150,-. By choosing this payment method you automatically agree to Billink's terms and conditions. Delivery to another address is not possible. Billink is possible for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Please note: fill in your details truthfully and as completely as possible. Based on your data, it is checked whether you as a person are given the opportunity to pay afterwards via Billink. Billink carries out a few checks itself, and it is possible that your payment is refused by Billink. Perfumerieshop cannot be held liable for this. In that case you will be given the option to choose a different payment method.

Returns

As a consumer you have the right to return the product (s) within 14 days without giving any reason. After your report you have another 14 days to return it. Products must be unopened in original packaging. (Sealed) Contact us for return instructions. (Email / telephone) The costs for returning are for your own account.

Guarantee

All our products are packed and sealed by the manufacturer. All products are also checked for quality before shipment. Despite this care, it can happen that there is a problem. Contact us by email or phone.
